Staff recommends approval w/conditions.
--Price's Barber Shop!! This is a great redevelopment project for this area!! Hopefully, the Developer grabs the adjacent strip mall property as well. It's also great that someone thought highly of Seat Pleasant, I'm assuming a Franchisee, to bring Bruster's Ice Cream to the area!!
P.S. If you closely, there's a Chipotle in the rendering.
