--I don't know how I feel about this proposed development. The land is currently zoned R-T for Townhomes, which means by-right the Developer can build townhomes. I would be nice to see a different style of home built on the land, like villas, manor or courtyard homes, but that's a rezoning process that the Developer isn't interested in...wishful thinking.
