It looks like Forestville JCPenney will be closing in December 2020!! A conceptual site plan below proposes four (4) restaurant pads sites.
--As mentioned in my blog, "Forestville, a change is happening" this is a perfect time to add a housing component, convert parking lots into parking garages and create a main street space. This will continue to attract educated people, higher incomes; nonetheless, create more foot traffic in the mall, ultimately demanding a higher caliber of restaurants as illustrated in the conceptual site plan.
