-- Based off the Applicant's address, this appears to be Mid-Atlantic Builders project. This site is a swamp land. I'm curious of the grading of the site. The craftsmen style elevations will add distinct architecture to the area . This development will also extend Harry S Truman Dr south of White House Road, which will eventually connect to Ritchie Marlboro Rd. This will help alleviate the right turn on White House Road and left turn on Ritchie Marlboro Rd to continue south.
