--I'm really excited about this addition to Branch Avenue Metro Station and the greater Suitland, Camp Springs area!! With the new US Customs and Immigration Services building just across the street, hopefully, this spurs more economic development and brings in a grocery store, and more office space, retail, and restaurants!!
Yes, this development is moving right along. The Italian restaurant is scheduled to open first this December 2020.
Have you researched the other development across from this area? The County Planning Board signs are up on Auth Way near Stayer University. Apparently the developer is going to build another office building (already built one on Capital Gateway across from the Restaurant Row) in these woods for the DHS Immigration office call center. ~2,000 more employees. Anything you can find out for us Greg will be appreciated.
